Findock Marketing Triggers is a Salesforce managed package that turns matched Findock payment events into transactional emails in Marketing Cloud Engagement β€” in real time, with field mappings your marketers can change themselves. No Apex. No flow rebuilds. No more two-week ticket queue every time a campaign needs a new merge field.

Findock handles the payment

Then what?

If you run fundraising or memberships on Salesforce, Findock has already done the hard part: payment intent, installment scheduling, guided matching, contact deduplication. The moment a payment is matched and collected, you have everything you need to send a perfect thank-you, a renewal nudge, a tax-receipt confirmation β€” the kind of email that retains donors and members.

Today, getting that email out the door from Salesforce to Marketing Cloud Engagement means one of three things:

  • A custom Flow with HTTP Callout that breaks when Salesforce changes its callout limits, and that requires an admin every time marketing wants a new field.

  • Hand-rolled Apex that nobody on the team wants to touch.

  • A four-hour batch job that means the donor hears back from you tomorrow, not now.

None of those are the product you want to run a fundraising programme on.

How it works

One package. Three components. A marketing programme your team actually owns.

Findock Marketing Triggers ships as three connected pieces:

  1. Source connector β€” listens to Findock’s InboundReport__c and Installment__c objects, joins the two streams, and fires when a payment is genuinely matched and collected (not before).

  2. Mapping configurator β€” a visual, marketer-friendly screen for picking which Salesforce fields go to which Marketing Cloud data extension columns. Per campaign. Curated by an admin from a data dictionary so marketers cannot break things.

  3. Flow trigger β€” an Invocable Apex action that drops into any Salesforce Flow you already have, in case you want to mix this product into your wider automation.

Marketing Cloud Engagement journeys and data extensions are auto-discovered through the MCE REST API β€” marketers pick a journey from a dropdown of real journey names, not a list of GUIDs.

Features & Benefits

Real-time, not batch

Emails fire the moment a Findock payment is matched and collected. Donors and members hear from you while the intent is still warm, not the next morning when your batch job runs.

Marketers self-serve, admins sleep

The field mapping lives in a configurator, not in eighteen separate Flows. When marketing wants a new merge field, they pick it from a curated dictionary and ship the email themselves.

Native Salesforce, native Findock

Built as a Salesforce managed package that listens to Findock's own objects. Nothing to host. Nothing to monitor. No middleware to license or maintain.

Modular by design

Source connector and destination connector are decoupled. Today: Findock to Marketing Cloud Engagement. On the roadmap: Marketing Cloud Next, MailChimp, Spotler β€” same configurator, same field dictionary, same Flow component.
