The Climb: More Than Just Code
Like many great apps, developing JB Case Scheduler started with identifying a need – a better way to follow up on cases in Service Cloud. From the initial concept to the countless hours of design, development, and testing, our team poured their expertise and energy into building a tool we truly believed in.
But building the features was only part of the adventure. We knew that earning a spot on the AppExchange meant meeting the high bar set by the Salesforce Security Review. This wasn’t just about fixing bugs; it was about architecting for security from the ground up, anticipating potential vulnerabilities, and ensuring our app adhered to best practices for data protection within the Salesforce environment.
