We are sorry to see you leave, if we can help making our solution more valuable to you please let us know! To remove JB case scheduler from your org, please follow these steps:
- Remove any scheduled jobs by visiting the Case Scheduler Settings app from the app launcher and select “Unschedule next runs” from the JB Case Scheduler – Schedule cleanup component. (if you see “Schedule Now” no action is needed).
- Pause all the flows from our package (Setup / Flows). Please note you cannot open the flow, but need to select View details and versions from the drop-down to the right of each flow and then deactivate:
- JB Case Scheduler – Schedule Reactivation
- JB Case Scheduler – Schedule Case
- JB Case Scheduler – Settings
- JB Case Scheduler – Get Case Enabled Queues
- Uninstall the flow from Installed Packages / Journey Builders – Case Scheduler
After this, follow the instructions your org gives you, and you are done.
