Three Salesforce builders in Oegstgeest, the Netherlands. We build the apps, write the documentation and answer the support email ourselves.

Journey Builders builds the features you wish Salesforce had out of the box, for marketing, sales and service. We build packaged apps that any org can install, and custom apps for organisations that need something specific.

Why Journey Builders

  • Built for daily work. Each app removes one specific chore. JB Case Scheduler lets service agents schedule a case for later. JB Email Send Log shows reps which Marketing Cloud Engagement emails a customer received.
  • Support from the builders. Questions go to the people who wrote the code. We reply within one business day.
  • Clear pricing. JB Case Scheduler is free on AppExchange. JB Email Send Log and JB Findock Marketing Triggers are priced on request.
  • Feature requests shape the apps. Requests from the people who use the apps decide what we build next.

Two apps are live and a third is on the way. JB Findock Marketing Triggers, for Marketing Cloud Engagement and FinDock, is expected at the end of 2026. You can join the early-access list.
