Registration started for in-person Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Cloud email specialist training

We are excited to announce that we have started registration for our in-person open training again. After two years of only hosting online and in-company training, we can now enjoy the benefits of person-to-person interaction again. We start with the Salesforce Admin training for the Salesforce platform and the Email specialist training for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The Salesforce Administrator training focuses on the activities that people tasked with setting up or administrating a Salesforce Sales- or Service cloud org need to perform. All setup and day-to-day operations topics are covered. From initial setup, creating users, customizing data and processes, and reporting and dashboards. If you or your organization plan to use Salesforce and perform administration yourself, this 3-day course is for you.

The Email specialist training focuses on your email marketing campaign team (campaign managers, developers, and consultants). When planning and implementing campaigns, your team needs practical knowledge of the ins and outs of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform. This training covers Email studio, Content builder, working with data, automation, and reporting. Additionally, we cover Journey Builder. This training is excellent preparation for your Email specialist certification, although we cover more topics than needed for the exam. We aim to give your team practical knowledge and understanding to start creating the best campaigns possible.
