Workshop Create Marketing Cloud Journeys Like a Pro

After initial implementation, starting to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud could be a little overwhelming. So much functionality and so many ways to create campaigns and journeys! This workshop deep-dives in how to use Journey Builder & Email Studio to deliver highly personalized journeys to your customers. Your trainer, Arthur Noort, teaches the basic technical skills and resources needed to build beautiful journeys with dynamic emails, campaign logic like behavioral decision splits, and predictive personalization.

Who should attend?

This one-day workshop is here to help you te get acquainted with Marketing Cloud for first-time users, but also for campaign (team) managers, business owners, and existing users that want to learn more about how Marketing Cloud works. Marketing Cloud first-time users will get a good overview of the system, knowledge, and resource to start building campaigns. Campaign (team) managers and business owners get a better grasp on the SFMC capabilities and best practices. This improves guidance capabilities to team and/or agencies. Existing Marketing Cloud users that are using just a small portion of Marketing Cloud functionality get a better overview of the platform and inspiration on new possibilities.

Existing Marketing Cloud experience is recommended. For less experienced attendees we offer a course preparation trail mix.

Date and location

This workshop is held in Leiden, the Netherlands on April 9th, 2020. For our international attendees: this is a 10-minute train ride from Schiphol airport. Start and end time are convenient for a 1-day trip but we also offer a hotel discount. Check the event details for more information and tickets.

About the trainer, Arthur Noort

Arthur is Marketing Cloud & Tech wizard @Newcraft. He is responsible for building innovative solutions for clients such as KLM and Gall & Gall. He’s enthusiastic about using Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce technology to create one of a kind solutions by leveraging the lesser-known functionality of the tool to deliver seamless experiences for customers.
