New SFMC workshops with Eliot Harper

In June this year, Salesforce MVP and acknowledged expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eliot Harper returns for two Journey Builders workshops. It was a pleasure having Eliot over last year to help developers advance their skills and prepare for their Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification. For this year we will repeat the Developer masterclass and add an Einstein Email and Web Recommendations session. Both aimed at Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultants and developers that already are experienced in the platform. We listened to our international attendees as we chose Leiden as a location, this is a 10-minute train ride from Schiphol airport.

Marketing Cloud Developer Masterclass

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a powerful enterprise platform, but building optimized data models, automated processes, programmable content, and platform integration requires considerable experience and expertise. This one-day intensive masterclass covers a comprehensive training agenda with all aspects of Marketing Cloud development. In this course, candidates learn new tips and techniques for accelerated development and best practice development methodologies in the platform.

Einstein Email and Web Recommendations masterclass

Einstein Email and Web Recommendations for Salesforce Marketing Cloud leverages sophisticated algorithms to automatically determine the next best offer, product or content for e-commerce customers. In this Masterclass, attendees discover how to leverage this powerful predictive intelligence feature set to its full potential, while also understanding important considerations when implementing product and content recommendations in emails and websites.
